These terms govern your use of AquaEject: Speaker Cleaner ("AquaEject", "the app"), operated by Daniil Kabachuk ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app you agree to them. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; where the two conflict, these terms control to the extent Apple's agreement permits.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use AquaEject on Apple devices you own or control, for your own use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the app except where law expressly permits.
What AquaEject does — and doesn't
AquaEject helps remove water and dust from phone speakers using sound and vibration. Results vary with how much liquid entered the device, where it settled, and the condition of your hardware. AquaEject is not a repair service and cannot fix hardware damage. If your device was submerged or you suspect internal damage, follow the manufacturer's guidance and contact an authorized service provider. Clarity Check readings are informational measurements, not a diagnosis.
Volume and hearing safety
Cleaning sessions play sound at maximum media volume through the built-in speaker — sound pressure is what physically ejects water. The app tells you before your first session, restores your previous volume afterwards, and blocks cleaning on headphones and Bluetooth routes. Do not hold the device against your ear during a session, and use the tone generator at low volume when headphones are connected.
Subscriptions (AquaEject Pro)
- AquaEject Pro is an auto-renewable subscription — weekly (with a free trial) or yearly. The exact price, period, and any trial length are shown on the purchase screen before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at purchase confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store settings (Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions), or from Manage Subscription inside the app.
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple — request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Restore Purchases (in Settings and on the purchase screen) re-activates Pro on a new or reset device using the same Apple Account.
Acceptable use
Don't use the app in any way that violates law, interferes with the service, or attempts to bypass the subscription. We may suspend features that are being abused.
Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will restore your speaker's sound quality in every case.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app evolves; the effective date above always reflects the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Belarus, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.
