How does water eject work?
Low-frequency sound waves vibrate the speaker membrane while synchronized vibration (Dual-Wave) helps drive water droplets out of the speaker grille. Sessions play at maximum volume through the built-in speaker — sound pressure is what physically moves the water — and your previous volume is restored when the session ends. Most phones sound clear again in about a minute; run a second session if sound is still muffled. Results vary, and AquaEject can't fix hardware damage.
How do I cancel or restore my subscription?
Cancel: iOS Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions → AquaEject Pro → Cancel, or use "Manage subscription" in the app's Settings. Cancelling at least 24 hours before the period ends stops the next charge. Restore: on a new or reset device, open the app's Settings → "Restore Purchases" while signed in with the same Apple Account. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Does the app record me when it uses the microphone?
No. The dB meter and Clarity Check process audio on your device in real time and immediately discard it — nothing is recorded, stored, or uploaded. Microphone access is optional: decline it and every cleaning feature still works. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.
Can I use it with headphones connected?
Cleaning is intentionally blocked on headphones, Bluetooth, and AirPlay — the sound must come from the phone's own speaker to eject water. Disconnect audio accessories before starting a session. If you use the tone generator with headphones on, keep the volume low: high-frequency tones at high volume can be unpleasant or harmful to hearing.
Something else isn't working — how do I reach you?
Email daniil.appcenter@gmail.com with your iPhone model, iOS version, and what you expected to happen. Screenshots or a screen recording make most issues a one-reply fix.
